  • If ordering on behalf of someone else (e.g., for family or friends), you are responsible for compliance with these Terms.

3. Services

  • Taste of Homes provides homely, hygienic, and freshly prepared meals through single orders and subscription-based plans.

  • Services are available in specific operational areas only. Availability may vary based on location, demand, and other operational constraints.

4. Orders & Payments

  • All orders must be placed through our official website or approved platforms.

  • Prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise specified.

  • Payments can be made through UPI, debit/credit cards, wallets, or net banking.

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

5. Delivery

  • We strive to deliver meals within the estimated time slot. However, delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen operational issues.

  • Customers must ensure correct delivery address and contact details at the time of placing the order.

  • If delivery is attempted but the customer is unavailable/unreachable, the order will be marked as delivered (no refund).

6. Subscription Plans

  • Subscription plans (daily, weekly, monthly) are subject to specific policies for cancellations, skips, and refunds.

  • Customers may skip meals or cancel subscriptions as per the Refund & Cancellation Policy available on our website.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds and cancellations are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

  • Customers are advised to read the policy before placing any order.

8. Customer Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information (contact details, address, payment).

  • Accept responsibility for the storage and consumption of delivered meals.

  • Not misuse or abuse the services (fraudulent orders, chargebacks, etc.).

  • Maintain respectful communication with our staff and delivery partners. Use of abusive, offensive, or threatening language towards any representative of Taste of Homes will not be tolerated, and may result in suspension or termination of services without refund.

9. Food Quality & Allergies

  • We take utmost care to prepare meals with fresh and safe ingredients.

  • Customers are responsible for checking meal contents if they have allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions.

  • Taste of Homes will not be liable for allergic reactions or health issues arising due to undisclosed conditions.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • While we strive for high-quality service, Taste of Homes shall not be liable for:

    • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or external factors.

    • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

    • Losses arising due to incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

  • All content on the Taste of Homes website (logos, text, images, menus, designs) is the intellectual property of Taste of Homes.

  • Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
